Where are we based?

We are based out of Oakville, ON and we are an ONLINE store only.  Please note that we do not have a store front.

How long does a consignment contract last?

Consignment contracts are a minimum of 90 days.  It is the consignor's responsibility to reclaim any unsold items.  We do not contact you.  Consignor must give a minimum notice of 1 week prior to pick up and you must book an appointment. 

What designers do you accept?

We accept a variety of luxury brand designers for handbags, small leather goods and accessories.  Please refer to our Designers Page for a complete list.

How and when do consignors get paid out?

Consignors are paid out via e-transfer 1 week after full payment has been received.

How are items priced?

Prices are determined by current resale market research and physical and thorough examination of the item's condition. We will email a price list to the consignor within 10 business days of receiving the items.  Until pricing is confirmed by the consignor, the items will not be available for sale.

Do you offer layaway?

Yes, we do offer layaway payment plans on all items $300 and over.  We require a minimum of 15% down payment.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

We ship worldwide.  Payment must be made via wire outside of Canada and US.

How is authenticity determined?

Authenticity is determined via Entrupy.  

Can you cancel or transfer a layaway once you start it?

All layaway plans/deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Can I return or exchange my item after I've purchased it?

Due to the limited nature of these items, all items are final sale and we do not offer returns/exchanges.
